Import ETIM Data

Steps to Import ETIM (with demo data)

Section titled “Steps to Import ETIM (with demo data)”

  1. Open menu item Other/Settings/Query Tool. Click Browse file and upload “insert_uomid_desc.sql”. Click Execute to run query to insert “ETIM UoM” into the system

  2. All import mappings and channels are already available in Demo Data

  3. DE-de language set as default for the Import

  4. Run imports for Classification Groups

  5. Run imports for Attributes

  6. Run imports for Values

Steps to Import ETIM (manually)

Section titled “Steps to Import ETIM (manually)”

  1. Open Query tool and run “insert_uomid_desc.sql” query to Insert ETIM UoM descriptions into the system.

  2. Open menu item “Settings/Classificatons”. Click Create to create a Classification with Id “ETIM9”

  3. Open menu item “Settings/Value Mapping” for Value Type with ids and import the Mapping files (uom(mappingETIM), attributetype(mappingETIM)) “Value_UoM_Id_ETIM_Internal” “Value_Attribute_Type_ETIM_Internal”

  4. Create 3 Import channels for Groups, Attributes and Value lists with Predefined formats (there are also 3)

  5. Run each Import channel with “ETIM-9_0-csv_de.zip”
