Main Menu

Overview

This page explains the menus that are consistently available throughout the PXM application interface.

Clicking the prodexa logo in the top-left corner at any point in the application will return you to the PIM Dashboard.

Detailed descriptions of the left-hand menu items can be found in the respective documentation.

Main Menu

The Main Menu is static. Clicking on a menu item opens the corresponding submenu.

You can toggle the visibility of the menu using the collapse icon:

• To collapse the menu, click the collapse icon:
  

• To expand it again, click the same icon:
  

User Menu

Click the user icon in the upper-right corner of the screen to open the user menu.

Content Language

The Content Language determines how product-related and translatable content is displayed throughout the application, including:

• Product search results and product names
• Attribute values in search, editor, and preview views
• Product headers and variant descriptions
• Descriptions for classifications, attributes, units of measurement (UoM), and other translatable objects
• PDF documents generated from the Preview page
• Display order in the Term Editor

To modify the content language settings:

1. Click the current Content Language value.
2. Use drag-and-drop to rearrange the languages. The top item is the primary language.
3. Click Save to apply the new order.

UI Language

Click the selected language in the top-right corner to switch the UI language.

Change Company Assignment

To change your current company assignment:

1. Click your current company assignment.
2. This opens the Change Assignment window.
3. Select a different supplier or customer as needed.

Logout

Select the Logout option in the user menu to sign out of the application and return to the login screen.
