How to export a Column List to Excel
Create a new Column List
Section titled “Create a new Column List”-
Go to Products and to Column Lists.

Click on Create to create a new Column List.

Fill out the mapping.
Enter an ID and a description.
Select basic product fields, attribute values or prices to be included in the mapping. -
Customize the columns if needed.
On the right you can rearrange the order, change the column header or the width. -
Save the Column List.
Configure an Export Channel
Section titled “Configure an Export Channel”-
Go to Channels and under the EXPORT section click on Manage.

Click on Create to create a new Channel.

Fill out ID, Description and Group.
You can also select a Logo, e.g. the Excel Logo. -
Go to the Export Format tab.
Add a description.
Select the Excel format and then select Column List as the Mapping system.
Now select the Column List you just created. -
Go to the Communication tab.
Select File and select a directory and enter a file name.
You can also configure to add a timestamp to the file name or compress it into a ZIP file. -
Save the Channel.
Run the Export
Section titled “Run the Export”-
Go to Channels and under the EXPORT section click on Execute.

Select a Stored Query or Worklist with products you want to export.

Select the Channel created in the previous steps.

Optionally, change the execution time or the job name.

Click Run to execute the export.
